At Rude Gifts , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we’ve made our returns process simple and hassle-free.
Return Window
- You can return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account: Go to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Request a return label: Download or print the prepaid return shipping label.
- Package your item(s): Ensure the item is securely packed and include your original order confirmation or receipt.
- Ship it back: Drop off your package at the designated courier.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, follow the same process for returns and select Exchange during the return request.
- Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement.
International Returns
- For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
